Head north on Rt. 16 (a toll road). Take exit 8E into downtown Dover. Stay straight (you are on Silver St.) and at the 3rd set of lights, take a right onto Central Avenue. Proceed past Woodman Institute on right, you will see South Pine St on left. 163 is on corner of South Pine and Central Avenue. Driveway and parking is to the right of the building. Enter office at the door next to the black and gold Hands to Heel sign. |
